It is learned that the report of the Lytton Commission, investigating the Sino-Japanese dispute has been completed/ Members, except for a few minor details, unanimously endorse the report, which will not be cornmunicated to either Japan or China. Sealed copies will be delivered and opened simultaneously with the Geneva release. Lord Lytton and his colleagues are returning to their homeland immediately.
