MORRINSVILLE SALE SHOWS ADVANCE ON FRANKTON PRICES PIG VALUES IMPROVE The Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Limited, report: At Mox-rinsville sale on Friday an extra heavy yarding of all classes of cattle came forward. A large entry of good beef including several pens of ox, xnet with good competition and sold at prices in advance of Frankton l'ates. A nurnber of pens of primo young cows and heifer beef came forward and these were also in keen demand. Competitioix was keen on store cattle, especially -on grown steex's, of which there wex*e a few pens of good qxxality cattle. Yearling Jersey heifers also realised full late rates. A medium yarding of sheep sold at advanced px'ices. A good yarding of dairy cattle came forward, consisting xnainly of springing heifers. Well grown heifers, close to profit, xnet with good coxnpetition, but sxxxaller and backward sorfcs were dull of sale. More fat pigs were yarded and values advanced on baconers, while porlcers remained firnx. There was an extra large eritry of stores and weaners, and prices on these beeame easier at the exxd of the sale.
