Rugby, August 29. Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, the Prime Minister, accompanied by Mr. J. H. Thomas (Secretary of State for the' Dominions), left London by train this morning for Balmoral, where they will be the guests of His Majesty, who is in residence at his Scottish $astle. . The original intention to make the journey by air was abandoned owing to the unfavourable weather conditions in the Midlands.
