EVENING AT WOODLANDS

The Woodlands Hall Committee held an evening for flag 500 and dancing in the Woodlands Hall on Friday. A monte carlo was won by . Miss J. Martin and Mr. Lamont. Miss- 1 es e. and A. Dodgson supplied the music and Mr. Dickinson and his accordeon were very popular. A homemade supper was provided. Mr. S. : Maxwell aeted as M.C. for the cards ' and Mr. p. Mulhern for the dancing. Success has already been so marked that it has been decided to run these : evenings fortnightly. Winners of the flag 500 were: — Mrs. S. Maxwell, i Mr. J. Fisher and Miss A. Crawford j and Mr. Jolson. Booby prizes: — Mrs. ! K. Newth, C. Newth, Mrs. Lamont : and Mr. Reid.
