WARNING SHOTS FIRED OVER COMMUNISTS AND NAZIS

Rec. Aug. 19, 7.0 p.m. Berlin, August 18. The police intervened in a series of minor clashes between the Nazis and Communists, firing warning shots. Nineteen arrests were made, otherwise conditions throughout Germany are quieter. It is generally believed that the Reichstag will meet on August 30, to be dispersed.
