PROPERTY OF SPANISH REBELS ANNEXED BY STATE Rec. Aug. 18, 5 p.m. Madrid, August 17. The Governme-nt introduced a bill in the Cortes to expropriate without indemnity the property of big landowners engaged in the recent Monarchist rebellion. The bill aims at noblemen with large properties in Andalusia and Lamancha, where agrarian ref orm has commenced, which urgently requir^s such land. $ The threatened rebels include the Dulce of Medinaceli, Spain's largest landowner, whose title dates from the 14th century.
