LONDON, Tuesday. The International Motor Yachting Union recognised Mr. Kaye Don's record established on July 18. The ofiicial figure is 119.75 miles per hour.

MONTREAL, Tuesday. Miss England III. has arrived in specially constructed slings. Mr. Dick Graner, mechanic, who is in charge, expressed confidence thqt Kaye Don weuld beat Gar Wood. It has leaked out that the boat has ereater reserve power than supposed.
