CHINESE ARRESTED FOR ORGANISING SYDNEY CIRCULATION

Rec. Aug. 16, 9.20 p.m. SYDNEY, Tuesday. With the arrest of a Chinese in a city banlc to-day, cletectives believe that they will be able to elucidate the mystery attached to organised circulation qf spurious coins, mostly shillings. The detectives are convinced that the coins were not minted here or in New Zealand. Two other well dressed Chinese were later arrested in the Chinese quarter.
