— By Telegraph — Copyright).

Rec. Aug. 15, 7.15 p.m. OTTAWA, Monday. A further authoritative diselosure ^regarding the Anglo-Canadian negotiations gives the f ollowing details of the offer Great Britain has now made to Mr. R. B. Bennett: (1) Continuation of the present preferences. (2) A preference on wheat of threepence a bushel. (3) Preferences on lumber totalling 20 per cent with an assurance that upon Canadian complaints of Russian dumping, the British Government will investigate.
