PALMERSTON N., Monday. The advance rates for July supplies of hutterfat have heen fixed at lld per.lb by five butter factories in this district. This is stated to be the highest figure fixed for payments since September last — almost a year ago. The decision of the five principal companies operating in Manawata to make such advances is accepted as pointing to considerahly improved conditions in the dalry industry.
