4A SCHEME
OFFICIAL NGTIFICATION OF SUSPENSION BY BOARD WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Unemployment Board has dQcided upon the suspension of the 4A seheme in keeping with last year's practice. The board said in a circular tha,t it would appear that to a congiderqble extent the use of this scheme is being made for the employm-ent of hose who would normally be employed in seasonal occupation.
