EX-VICTORIAN PREMIER SPECTATOR AT OTTAWA

•OTTAWA, Wednesday. Mr. E. J. Ilogan (the former Premier of Victoria), has arrived at Ottawa. He will remain for a week, sailing from Vancouver by the Aorangi on September 13. He looks better and says his health has improved. Although he has not completely recovered he has undoubtedly benefitted by the trip. He declines to discuss his plans after returning to Australia or Victoiian politics. He said he came to see the conference at first hand, hoping to be of assistance to Australia. He interviewed Mr. S. M. Bruce to-day.
