DANCE AT NGONGOTAHA A most successful and enjoyable evenlng was spent last week when members of the Ngongotaha branch of the Women's Division of the Farmers' Union held the first of a series of dances to raise funds for the branch. There was an excellent attendance, and Mr. V. Florey made a very efficient M.C. The Monte Carlo was won by Mr. K. Martin and Mrs. Windley, and the number dance by Mr. C. Steele and partner. Mr. Marcroft was in charge of the card tables. The winner of the ladies' prize v/as Mrs. Sinclair. v/hile Mr. Denyer was the winner in the men's section. Excellent music was supplied by Mr. Coiin Castleton. Page 4.
