SYDNEY, Wednesday. The New Zealand hockey team met and defeated Orange by nine goals to one, in the presence of a large gathering of spectators. Several changes in the team were made owing to the visitors feeling the effects of the strenuous tour. The scorers were, Bay, four goals, Anthony two, Reid two, and Best one.
