FINGER PRINT TESTS
RESULTS OF EX AMIN ATIONS. An officer of the fmger-print department of New Scotland Yard, London, detective headquarters, giving evidence in a reeent cass before Judge Gregory at the Central Criminal Court, London, said that he had made "some millions of examinations" of finger-prints and he had never found those of two individuals alike. In reply to questions as to the possible effects of time and atmosphere, the officer said finger-prints did not deteriorate in the course of time and would not he affected by the atmosphere. i
