MEN FOUND GUILTY AFTER SECOND TRIAL.

AUCKLAND, Tuesday. The retxial took place of George Budd, aged 35 years, seanxan, and Ernest Fredericlc Thompson, who were charged with publishing a criminal libel against John Lander, Inspeetor of Police. The jixry returned a verdict of guilty and added a rider that Thompson was of wealc intellect. Sentence was postponed.
