MASTERTON, Tuesday. A boycott has occurred in connection with the Masterton County Couneil's relief camp for single nren at Blairlogie, some miles from Masterton Though 30 men are required, only three or four have volunteered. It is stated that a few days ago there was trouble at the camp, and it is alleged that one man was struek and abused by anothei\ As an outconie of this upheaval the positioxx has beeome delicate. It is undex-stood that the men objeet to the man who has charge of the camp, and it is 'expected that the trouble will extend. It is said that if local men do not take jobs at the camp labour will be imported from Wellington to fill the vacancies, though it is stated that such action will lead to further trouble.
