FORCEFUL EXPERIENCE.

Five of the German traffic "magistrates," v^ho are responsible for cases arising out of motoring offences, and a police driving instructor, recently skidded, near Berlin, and collided with a tree. The "magistrates," who have all completed a course of training, were returning from one of the exeursions which they make regularly to acquaint themselves with conditions of .the road. It .w.ould be interesting to know if the driver charged himself with any offence, qr if the matter was dismissed as being too trivial.
