A messhge fromj Buenos Aires states that the Minister of Foreign •Affairs for Argentina, yesterday stated with reference to racent reports that while the importance of an exchange of views with the United States will receive due consideration at a more opportune moment, the attention of the Argentine Government has been concentrated on commercial re- ■ lations with Great Britain. • A plan for the pref erential' treatment for British goods is being con- : sidered and is responsible for the presence in Buentis Aires of Doctor Malbran, Ambassador in London for .the Argentine.
