"Great Britain is now waiting to see what the Dominions will do, then she will give a reply. -s "The question is whether Great Britain can give the full embargo an Russian wheat and timberewhich Australia and Canada are seeking. She may not be able to do all de;ired, but 'she may be able to do something."
