By Telegraph — Copyright) .

Rec. July 27, 7 p.m. OTTAWA, Tuesday. The Ministers were entertained by the Prime Minister, Mr. R. B. Bennett, at a dinner at the Hotel Chateau Laurier, and they informally diseussed a wide range of subjects. The delegates to-night attended a private sci'eening of a talking film of the opening Of the conference. The audience was amused at a technical error of the announcer, who said: "Mr. Bruce will speak next." Instead the camera was focussed on Mr. Coates addressing the audience. Australia was completely censored.
