Mr. Neville Chamberlain gave an important indication regarding Great Britain's policy toward Russia, indicating that Great Britain would not take action against the Soviet dumping wheat in London, despite strong Australian representations, The British position is influenced by the fact that Russia owes huge amounts, and this immense debt would not he paid if Great Britain barred Russian products Australia for seven months has been urging Great Britain to prohibit Soviet dumping, particularly of wheat, the strongest argument being that if Britain declined supplies from Russia, the wheat could not enter any other market. The Australian representations did not convince the. British delegation.
