ITALIAN DELEGATION TAKES UMBRAGE AT RECENT INCIDENT

GENEVA, Monday. Acting on instructions from Signor Mussolini, the Italian delegation walked out when the ilnter-parliamentary Union conference resumed in the central hall instead of the League's Council room Count Valperga tendered the delegation's resignation from the union in the absence of satisfaction for the Costamagna-Renaudel incident, which culminated in fisticuffs. The delegates are leaving for Rome.
