CAPETOWN, Monday. Three planes left Windhoek to demonstrate against the contumacious chief Ovamhus, who refuses to pay a fine of ten cattle. The chief took a new wife, who, being dissatisfied, fled to a mission station. The chief was fined for trespassing in endeavouring to recover her. The Administrator of the South West has issued a reassuring statement to the white settlers as the tribe is well armed.
