(iliiiNlii v A, Saturday. The proceedings at the Disarmament Commission were interrupted hy a tumult in an adjourning council i'oom where the inter-Parliamentary tinion meeting had just opened. The delegates and pressmen rushed jbhither, and witnessed an uproarious scene. An Italian, Professor Costamagna, was extolling the Fascist Parliament when a French Socialist deputy, M. Renaudel, interjected and denounced the Fascist deputies as "hirelings of Mussolini." He accused the Fascists of murdering the Italian Socialist Mattcoti. Professor Costamagna and M. Renaudel engaged in fisticuffs and a free fight followed. Swiss policemen who intervened received blows from both sides. When the pandemonium ended the chairman suspended the sitting.
