— By Telegraph— Copyright)
DUBLIN, Saturday. After Mr. de Valera had moved disapproval of the Senate's Amendments to the Emergency Bill Mr. Cosgrave, amid applause from all sides, urged a resumption of the settlement ncgotiations. Mr. Morrissey (Independent Labour) declared that the crisis was so terrible that the National Government, not a party, should face it. Mr. McGilligan said that Messrs. O'Kelly and Lemass had showed hy suhsciibing to the loyal address at Ottawa, which Mr. O'Kelly had previously described as hogwash, that they had turned their hacks on their friends' home policy.
