INVERCARGILL, Friday. At the Police Court Thomas Young Penman, single, aged 26 years, fonnerly a rate clerk to the Southland County Council, was charged with stealing at divers dates, £204. Aremand until August 3 was granted, bail being allowed in one surety of £100.
