LONDON, Friday. An aflfirmative reply has been given to Italy's formal inquiry as to whether Signor Grandi would be a persona grata for the vacant Emhassy in London. The Times' Rome correspondent says that Signor Mussolini now directly controls relations between the State and the Vatican.
