BERLIN, Thursday. The coup d...etat came with dramatic suddenness and achieved as; tonishing success. A single day restored Junker Rule over two-thirds of Germany, where Junkers now occupy every key to the Governmental position, a token of which are the machine-guns lining Wilhelmstrasse and other official centres in the capital. Herr von Papen's coup is hailed with delight by Herr Hitler and President Hindenburg, who have both been blaming the Prussian Government for the recent political rioting.
