Rec. July 15, 8.30 p.m. LONDON, Friday. Mr. W. T. Massey, the correspondent of the Daily Telegraph in a wireless message from the Empress of Britain, said that the Ministers met and decided that the official industrial advisers will attend all futuf e meetings. Accordingly Lord Weir and his colleagues met the Ministers, when they were placed in possession
of the latest data from Whitehall and the Dominions. It is felt essential that the Dominion manufacturers at Ottawa with Lord Weir's committee should advise on industrial matters, owing to the large number of unofficial delegates accompaHying the delegates. The correspondent adds that' there is a feeling that Mr. R. B.
