Rec. July 13, 7.55 p.m. SYDNEY, Wednesday. The weather conditions on the • •'* ated considerahly and shipping is on the move again. A unique speetacle was witnessed as 14 ships cleared the heads between early morning and nine a.m. By noon 28 ships had passed out one after another. The British tanker, British Lady entered in the forenoon. The State meteorologist said that tho danger of floods and gales is now past, the cyclone having moved beyond Lord Howe Island. Bright sunshine was experienced to-day, the first time for a week.
