(Received July 9, 5 p.m.) CALGARY, Sunday. Lord Rothermere to-day praising Mr. MacDonald's work at Lausanne, stated that it was a feather in his cap. Commenting on the European situatiori, Lord Rothermere said the return of the Hollenzollerns would make peaee in Europe. German politics were of the imperial type. Frahce would welcome the Kaiser's return because it would -remove the Hittler and similar menaces which had caused anxiety in France.
