AUCKLAND, Friday. Charles Stewart Leahy (44) solicitor, was arrested this morning, and appeared in the Police Court charged with having received £29 5s and fraudulently omitting to account for it, thereby committing theft. By consent accused was remandeH" to appear on July 18. Counsel said he had been instructed that accused had a complete answer to the charge. Baj.1 was allowed.
