In the House of Commons at the Committee state of th'e Free State Duties Bill, Messrs Devlin and others moved a number of amendments, of a constructive character, all of which were rejected hy overwhelming majorities. Mr. Stanley Baldwin announced that the House of Commons would adjourn on July 13 until October 27, unless anything unforeseen occurratl.
