BIRTHDAY PARTY
Mr J. Young recently celebrated his 21st birthday with a most enjoyable P'arty. The evening was passed in dancing, singing, games and flag 500. A waltzing competition was won by Miss K. Jephson and Mr. G. Fox, who were presented with chocolates. Among the guests present were: — Mr. and Mrs. Reg. Walker, Mr. and Mrs. J. Shaw, Mrs. E. Young, Mr. and Mrs. V. Gordon, Mr. and Mrs. J. Ball, Mrs. Yickers; Misses P. Shaw, Fei*guson, T. Hambly (blue satin), E. Oemcke (blue taffeta) ; K. Jephson (floral dress), I. Wingate (blue silk), D. Young (pale blue taffeta), E. Parkinson (floral velvet), N. Parkinson (red crepe de ehine), A. Parkinson (red frilled georgette), Dolan (pale pink georgette), D. Wolfe (white satin beaute), P. Dick, D. McNee, P. McNee. The winners of the flag 500 were Mrs. Fox, Mr. A. Young, Mrs. J. Shaw and Mr. Reg. Walker.
