SYDNEY,, Thursday. The Commonwealth Savings Bank announee from to-morrow slight cuts on interest rates of deposits. The new rates will he:.2i per cent. for £500 ; 2i, £501 to £1000, and 2. per cent, on £1001 to £1300, These cuts it is explained are desirable to give general relief from interest burdens in accordance with, the Premiers' plan. >-ft
