LONDON, Wednesday. In the Ilouse of Commons, under the t»n-minute rule, Lieutenant-Coloncl Ruggles-Brise (Conservative, Maldon, Essex) introduced a bill providing that all imported foodstuffs, whether Empire or foreign, rnust he marked with the name of the country of origin. He said that Britain had for a long timo talcen hev food on trust, and it was time they knew what they were buying and whence it came.
