LONDON, Saturday. The Daily Express states that Lord Kylsant's release from prison is imminent. He gained full remission fbr good conduct. He will stay quietly at his home in South Wales, and will then take a long sea voyage. Lord Kylsant was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for the issue of fraudulent prospectuses and bal-ance-sheets in connection with the Royal Mai! Steam Packet Company, and other shipping concerns in which he had a eontrolling interest.
