MELBOURNE, Saturday. [ Harold Russell was charged with having murd'ered his wife and two children. RuSsCll was eaflier remanded on a charge of biganiy. The bodies of Ivy Russell, aged 27, and her two children were found in a swimming pool on June 16. The police believed at the time that in a fit of despair Mrs. Russell wheeled a perambulator containing the children into the water and jumped in after them.
