Rec. June 26, 5.5 p.m. WASHINGTON, Saturday. Mr. H. L. Stimson in a sharp statement has denied reports from Europe regarding American representatives participating in debt discussions. "I categorically d'eny the nswspaper reports from London that the United States and Gfeat Britain had reached an agreement that they would follow the same disarmament policy, and that the reparations policy must cease," h'e said.
