IN THE CHURCHES
SUNDAY'S SERVICES. Services will be held ,as usual in the chief Protestant Churches in Rotorua to-morrow: — At St. Luke's Anglican Church Holy Communion will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Matins and sermon will ba at 11 a.m., and Evensong at 7 p.m. Holy Communion will be celebrated at Devon Street Hall at 9 a.m. and Evensong at 7 p.m. Sex-vices will be conducted as usual at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. to-morrow at St. John's Presbyterian Church. The spealcer will be the Rev. Alex. Miller, M.A., whose subjects will be "Love, Joy, Peace," and "Our Responsibilities." The service at 7 p.m. will be for young people. Miss Jean Worrall will give the solo "Into Thy Hands," and the anthem "Lead Kindly Light" will be rendered by the choir. The Rev. W. II. Speer will conduct services at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. at Bainbridge Memorial Church tomorrow. At the Salvation Army Hall this evening at 8 p.m., Colonel Taylor will give a lantern leeture on the subject "Lights and Shadows of the Old Land," and to-morrow, with Mrs. Taylor, will conduct meetings at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Colonel Taylor will also give an address at the Ngongotaha Hall at 2.30 p.m. to-morrow.
