MOXLEY'S APPEAL
appeal court upholds conviction and sentence SYDNEY, Wednesday. William Moxley, under sentence of death for the murder of Frank Wilkinson and Dorothy Denzel, has lost his appeal, the grounds of which are said to be misdirection of the jury by the judge, that the verdict was against the weight of evidence and the production of fresh evidence.
