FAILURE TO ACCOUNT
INSURANCE AGENT FAILS TO RENDER ACCOUNT ADMITTED TO PROBATION. An insurance agent, Lewis R. Ettevshank, who failed to account for various sums of money to the Prov'dont Life Assurance Co., was bvought before Mr. S. L. Patterson, S.M., yesterday morning and admitted to probation. The offences were all committed during the month of { May. The first charged covered the I sum of £3/0/4, which he was called to account for on May 9. Other j omounts involved, the subject of • seuarate charges, were: £3/4/7, £3/18/1 £4/9/-, £2/12/10, £1/7/6, !\ 1/1. and £5/2/-. » Mr. Roe. who appeared for the . •"uwed, entered a plea of guilty on -ll charges. ?
