dyason— reece. A quiet but very pretty wedding was celebrated by the Rev. N. FL Benham at - St. Stephen's Church otfi Wednesday last, when Lncy, youngest daughter of Edwin and the late Mrs. Reece, of King St., Opotiki, was married to Mr. Stanley Dyason, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hamilton Dyason, of Onehunga. The bride, who entered the eH1"'" on her father's arm, looked charming in a gown of powder blue satin beaute, modelled on Vietorian lines, with bodice in coatee effect, long gauged skirt and finished at the waist with a 'diamante buckle. She wore a picture hat of black panne velvet and carried & bouquet of lemon daisies tied with cream ribbons. . She was attended by her niece,"Miss Fay Reece, as bridesmaid, who wore a Vietorian frock of shell pink ci*epe de ehine, the skirt trimmed, with godets of picot-edged frills. Her hat, also, was a panne velvet with pihk and blue flowers. She carried a posy of pink roses and heather. Mr. H. Hawkins acted as best man. After the ceremony, a reception, was held at the home of the bride's father, where Miss I. Reece received * ■- . the guests, attired in a costume of black repp, with a smart hat of black and white. /; The bride travelled in a costume of black-flecked suiting, black felfc fhat, with white and black quills. • The happy couple left by private car for Auckland, where the honeymoon will be spent prior to their taking up residence in Te Kuiti. Among the guests present were Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Reece, W. Reece; 'Mr. and Mrs. Inskip, Mesdames Price,' G. Reece, W. G. Reece, Misses L. Reece, M. Reece, F. Reece, J. Wilson, MeSsfs. F. Reece (father of the bride), Mr. E. Reece, H. Hawkins, F. Fisher.
