LONDON, Saturday. The Daily Telegraph's financial editor says: — , "France is now in the remarlcable position of having the banlc note circulation covered to the extpnt of nearly 100 per ceiit. The American bankers view with satisfaction the removal of the last of France's dollar holdings from New York, but it is dotibtful if the French bankers afe equally pleased, as the infiux of gold has not improved the economic sitttation. The gold hoard of Frbnce is now £647, 793, 536."
