Rec. June 17, 7.10 p.m. WINNIPEG, Thursday. The Government of the Hon. John Bracken has been returned to power at ths Manitoba general elections. Incomplete returns, late on Thursday night were: Government, 24 seats and leadii>g in 11 ridings, Conservatives 3, and are leading in seven ridings, Labour one, Independent, one. One of the Cabinet Ministers, Mr. Ewan McPherson, was defeated in Portage, La Prairie, by the Conservative Leader, Mr. F. T. Taylor. Mr. Bracken has led the Progressive Government since 1922. A few years ago he formed a coalition with the Liberals.
