Rec. June 16, 7.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Thursday. The jyry convictedi William Moxley of the m'urder of Frank Wilkinson and Dorothy Denzil after a brief retirement. Moxley was sentenced to death. An X-ray photograph of Moxley's head was produced in Court and disclosed a foreign object, which counsel showed as a bullet which entered two years ago. Medical officers gave evidence that there was no sign of insanity, and there had been no signs of abnormal eonditions during his detention in prison. Mr. Justice Halse Rogers, in sentencing Moxley to death, said that the priscner had been found guilty of one of the most foul crimes in the history of the State. Moxley received the sentence calmly, but collapsed on leaving the dock.
