MELBOURNE, Thursday. A charge of bigamy has heen preferred against Henry Russell (24), the husband of Mrs. Ivy Russell (27), whose body and those of her two children were found in the swimming pool at Sunshine on Monday. The police believe that in a state of despair Mrs. Russell wheeled the perambulator containing the children into the water and jumped in after them.
