CANADIAN SUGGESTION OTTAWA, Wednes. The hope that the Ottawa Conference will establish an Empire currency was expressed by Mr. John Ford Darling, a director of the Midland Bank, who is on a visit here. He said it would not affect the Dominion's note issues. Silvet should be stablised as a world exchange medium. Parity could he achieved hetween the Dominion currencies.
