OLD PUPILS' DANCE
ENJOYABLE EVENING. Another delightful dance was given by the Rotorua High School Old Pupils' Sport Club in the Majestic ballroom last Wednesday evening. Daneing to the syncopations of the Melody Boys proved a most enjoyahle as well as a suitable warming pastime for such a cold evening. The supper rooms were gaily decoi'ated' with the club's colours, and an excellent supper was served by the committee. The winners in the Monte Carlo danee were Miss Matthews and her partner. Among the dancers present were: Mrs. W. Evans, Mrs. J. Buchan, Miss E. Simmers, Miss I. Johnson, Miss J. Isdale, Miss N. Devin, Miss C. Sharpe, Miss M. Sloane, Miss Kingon, Miss Matthews, Miss J. Mortin, Miss N. Allen, Miss A. Hawkins, Miss A. Woolliams, Miss J. Worrall, Miss A. Parlane, Miss V. Fenton, Miss V. Worrall, Miss J. Dalgleish, Miss B. Chambers, Miss C. ICelly, Miss B. Dalgleish, Miss J. Cottrell, Miss O. Dalgleish, Miss D. Vernall and Miss J. Walters.
